and it wont let me purchase hjerim help

wife or if she dies u can get remarried so I kill her nd no courier comes
with inheritance letter and I wait over 100 hours and nothing help me?

Yes, I have the same problem. When I buy breezehome, the steward will allow
me to buy the furniture until I click on alchemy lab then it will say gold
removed and the option to buy it will still be there, but it won’t appear
in my house. Alas I do not know how to fix it, but I know what you’re going
through.
What do u have to do to get a house in riften?
I have this problem too… The guy who decorates your house is a douche.
