  I thought the disco demolition you held in comiskey park during the white
  sox tigers double header in the late 70s was unbelievable and legendary. I
  mean it’s even been featured on espn so I just can’t believe you are
  selling real estate now but good luck and hope to hear you on the radio
  again some day
