I’d recommend this book to anyone thinking of buying a foreclosure, March 23, 2012

With the uncertain economy foreclosure rates are at an all time high, everywhere we go it seems a home is facing foreclosure. Whilst it’s something I don’t wish on anyone we thought it could potentially be our opportunity to invest. We purchased this book for some real estate investing advice and insight as we are considering buying a REO property. We have concerns particularly about the condition of the property as it’s likely to have been left to its own devices for months. This book has shed some light on many things and answered many questions for us. It has encouraged us to go for it but with open eyes. I’d recommend this book to anyone thinking of buying a foreclosure, bank owned, REO’S or any other distressed type of property. It’s a sound book for anyone that wants to know all there is to know about how to get started.
