Thanks Kevin! The ebony cabinets certainly add a nice touch to the kitchen. As for the bathroom, we’ve started doing more of those and are getting great feedback from home buyers that they really like being able to sit while preparing for the day/night.

Love the ebony cabinets! Don’t see that too much here in NJ, once in awhile in a newer construction condo in a more urban setting. Good idea for the bathroom. I am going to be renovating my own bathroom soon and had thoughts about putting in an area for my wife to sit down and do her makeup in the morning. I think its a good feature and I can’t remember seeing any homes with that.
